CPR and Defibrillator Training Event in Saltcoats

The dedicated Ayrshire and Arran Team was busy once again this weekend when it delivered a bystander CPR and defibrillator awareness session to the staff and patrons of the Albion Bar in Saltcoats and members of the local community.

On Sunday 24 March, led by Brian Gibson, the team of Archie, Billy, Colin, Julie, Carl, Anthony and Cameron, was able to deliver this session outdoors in the warm spring sunshine.

Thanks to Ewan, Jim, Willie and Laura for efforts in installing the PAD and organising the session.

Those in attendance felt that the session had given them far more confidence in using a defibrillator and delivering CPR if necessary.
