New Defibrillator in Fetlor Youth Club, Edinburgh

St John Scotland Edinburgh was at the FetLor Youth Club. The club have partnered with St John Scotland to help set up a public access defibrillator outside their walls of Crewe Road Nursery as part of the St John and the City Defibrillator Project.

Dr Richie Adams, Chief Executive of Fetlor said: ''Both FetLor Youth Club and Crewe Road Nursery welcome hundreds of children and young people each week. We eat great food, do some fantastic activities and keep our hearts healthy through playing some great games. Over the summer we raised awareness and funds for our defibrillator being good hearts by helping others.
One of our former members, Chelsea had a massive heart and loved helping others and raised so much money for this cause. Following her death, her family installed a bench in her memory, we are proud our defibrillator sits beside it. So many thanks too to St John Scotland for all their support and drive in making this happen.''
