Nith Inshore Rescue and St John Scotland

St John Scotland Dumfries area recently participated in an event which unveiled Nith Inshore Rescue's new vehicle, St John Scotland helped provide a substantial amount towards the cost for this vehicle.

The Inshore Rescue's boat has undergone significant upgrades, including improvements to its engine and navigational aids.

Reverend Irving, the local minister for Caerlaverock and its surroundings, offered his blessings for both the boat and the vehicle.

On the day, the dedicated rescue crews, were unexpectedly called into action to locate a missing person from Dumfries.
