Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI)

Our Volunteer Development Officer, Lisa Millar, recently engaged with students at Erskine Stewart's Melville School in Edinburgh. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss St John Scotland's initiatives and efforts in supporting the deployment of Public Access Defibrillators (PADs) along with CPR awareness sessions. These discussions were part of their participation in the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI).

The second-year students are aiming to advocate for St John as a deserving charity to receive £3,000 funding towards PADs in Edinburgh. We extend our best wishes to the students in their endeavours and express our gratitude for their support towards St John Scotland. We hope for their success!
